Let me give you a little context on Muck Rack...
Muck Rack is a Public Relations Management platform that enables organizations to build relationships with the media, manage crisis risk, and demonstrate PR’s impact on business outcomes.
What's an inbound PR Request?
In the media world, it refers to a situation where a media outlet, journalist, or influencer proactively reaches out to a company, organization, or individual for information, collaboration, or content. This is different from outbound PR, where the company initiates the contact to pitch stories or promote messages.

I solo designed this inbound tracking management system for our customers to respond to media coverage requests.
This was complex design challenge that relied on my thorough experience with color, typographic treatment, spacing, and interaction design. The requirements called for skillfully including a lot of information into a side-panel and ensuring it all worked cohesively, while drawing the user's attention to the most important information.

Design requirements changed halfway through the hifi flow. We needed to include threads, or "forwarded emails", for each email conversation that was forwarded into Muck Rack.
Essentially, I had to design something very similar to an email client like IOS "Mail" or "Gmail", but with certain constraints from our engineering team.
For a more formal "case study", look at any of my other projects!
